Selection Procedure
Candidates will be selected on the basis of interview.
Application Fee
The Candidates belonging to General and OBC category need to pay Rs 250 as examination Fee.SC/ST/PWD candidates need to pay Rs 50.The Candidates should pay fee in form of demand draft drawn on any nationalized bank in favor of “ESI Fund A/c No.1″ .

The candidates need to apply on a plain paper mentioning these details :Name in Block letters, Father’s/Husband,s name, Date of Birth (with documentarv proof), category (sc/sT/oBC) with original certificate issued by the competent authority as applicable to the central Government Employees, Qualification(MBBs/Diploma/Degree certificates), Registration(TcMc),Experience with relevant documentary proof, Post applied for,Permanent/postal address with pin code for correspondence, Telephone/Mobile Number and a photograph fixed on application.Candidates have to appear for interview on 12-10-2012 with this form, one extra photograph and demand draft from 9:30 a.m. onwards at “ESIC Hospital, Udyogamandal, Ernakulam, Kerala”.
