Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society or BRLPS (also known as JEEVIKA) is a state level organization working autonomously under the aegis of Finance Department of Bihar Government. Its main objective is apparent from its name itself. It is responsible for promoting livelihood among rural populations by means of self-help groups, village organizations etc. It has been working relentlessly in this endeavor for the past 4.5 years and has benefited more than 5 lakhs households till date.
